"May Your Future Be Bright..." That is our family’s prayer as we seek to encourage other families in the Great Lakes region. Jan and I hope that you will be uplifted through our Bright Future Books, the words of our daughters’ "Blessing Song, and the stories I have to tell. I’d love to share with your group our adventures (and misadventures) in raising our big brood of 12 kids.

About Gary:
• Gary has been married to Jan for more than 31 years.
• He got them lost on their wedding night on their way to their hotel.
• He loves most pets...but, unfortunately, is allergic to many of them.
• He hates veggies...but, unfortunately, is not allergic to any of them.
• He wrote a book about Michigan...but roots for the Buckeyes.
• Before writing books, he was a pastor of children & youth.
• He earned his B.A. in Biblical Studies at Fort Wayne Bible College.
• He fell off a building and into a bathtub just before he got married.
• He has learned that they do not come "cheaper by the dozen."
• He delivered 4 of their 12 babies.
• He loves people and loves speaking to groups of all ages.
